Apple iPhone - Open / Manage Browser Bookmarks

Here's how to connect to a website from browser bookmarks on your Apple iPhone.
Follow the steps below to open, add, delete or edit a browser bookmark.

Open Bookmark

  1. From a Home screen, tap
    Safari
     Safari.
    If an app isn't available on your Home screen, swipe left to access the App Library.
  2. Tap the
    Bookmarks icon
     Bookmark (lower-right).
  3. From the Bookmarks tab Bookmark (upper-left), tap a bookmark.
    If necessary, tap the Bookmark folder (e.g., Favorites).

Add Bookmark

  1. From a Home screen, tap the
    Safari icon
     Safari.
    If an app isn't available on your Home screen, swipe left to access the App Library.
  2. Navigate to the desired web page then tap the
    More icon
     More icon (at the bottom).
  3. Tap
    Add Bookmark
    .
  4. Enter the info then tap
    Save
     (upper-right).
    By default, the label and address of the website currently visited appears.

Delete Bookmark

  1. From a Home screen, tap the
    Safari icon
     Safari.
    If an app isn't available on your Home screen, swipe left to access the App Library.
  2. Tap the
    Bookmarks icon
     Bookmark (lower-right).
  3. Tap
    Edit
     (lower-right).
    If unavailable, ensure the
    Bookmarks tab
     Bookmark (upper-left) is selected.
    If necessary, tap the Bookmark folder (e.g., Favorites) then tap 'Edit'.
  4. Tap the
    Minus icon
     located to the left of the bookmark name.
  5. Tap
    Delete
     (on the right) to confirm.
  6. Tap
    Done
    .

Edit Bookmark

  1. From a Home screen, tap the
    Safari icon
     Safari.
    If an app isn't available on your Home screen, swipe left to access the App Library.
  2. Tap the
    Bookmarks icon
     Bookmark (lower-right).
  3. Tap
    Edit
     (lower-right).
    If unavailable, ensure the Bookmarks tab Bookmark (upper-left) is selected.
  4. Tap the bookmark.
    If necessary, tap the Bookmark folder (e.g., Favorites).
  5. Enter the appropriate info into the following fields then tap
    Done
     (lower-right):
    • Title
    • Address
    • Location
