Windows 10 - Uninstall Apps

Here's how to remove or delete apps if your Windows 10 device is unresponsive, freezes or an app won't open.

Pre-installed apps (apps included with the Windows® 10 operating system) may not have an uninstall option.

If your device isn't running Windows 10, refer to the Windows 8 instructions.

From the Home screen, tap the

All apps icon

then scroll to the appropriate app.

Touch or click and hold the app for approximately one second then release.

Tap or click Uninstall orUninstall updates.

From the Confirmation prompt, tap or click
