  1. From a Home screen, tap
    Contacts
     contacts icon (located at the bottom).
    If unavailable, navigate:
    Apps
    Contacts
    .
  2. Tap a contact.
  3. Tap the
    Edit icon
     Edit icon (located in the upper-right).
  4. View the contact source located above the contact name.
