One Talk Portal - View Business Features

Refer to the One Talk admin portal simulator for interactive demonstrations.
  1. Sign in to My Business.
  2. Click
    Manage
     (top of screen).
  3. Mouse over
    Product Portals
     then click
    One Talk
    .
    If necessary, click
    View all
    .
    Click One Talk
  4. From the 'I want to' section, click
    Manage features
    .
  5. From the 'Business Features' tab, click the desired feature (e.g., Account Codes, Custom Ringback, Remote Group Pickup, etc.).
  6. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the desired transaction.
