HP Spectre x2 - Insert or Remove SD / Memory Card

Here's how to insert or remove an SD / memory card for your Spectre x2.
The HP Spectre x2 supports microSD memory cards which can be purchased from any Verizon store or online.
  1. Ensure the device is powered off.
  2. From the right edge of the device, remove the SD / Memory Card tray (located above the SIM card tray).
    Utilize a paperclip (or similar tool) to unlock the tray by inserting it into the provided slot (figure 1) then remove the tray (figure 2).
  3. Do one of the following:
    • Insert SD / memory card
      With the gold contacts facing down, insert the SD / memory card into the tray then ensure that the card fits into place.
    • Remove SD / memory card
      From the bottom of the card, carefully lift to remove.
  4. Insert the card tray.
    Press in on the tray to lock it into place.
