Samsung Galaxy J3 V / J3 (2016) - Remove Gmail™ Account

Here's how to remove and then re-add a Gmail account on your J3 V / J3 often fixes email issues.
Removing then re-adding your Gmail account often fixes login and not receiving email issue.
  1. From a Home screen, navigate:
    Apps Apps icon
    Settings Settings icon
    Accounts.
    These instructions apply to Standard mode only.
  2. Tap
    Google
     Google icon.
  3. Tap a Gmail account.
  4. Tap the
    Menu icon
     Menu icon (located in the upper right).
    For Prepaid device, tap
    More
    .
  5. Tap
    Remove account
    .
  6. Tap
    REMOVE ACCOUNT
     to confirm.
