Windows 10 - Turn Screen Rotation On / Off

Windows 10 device if it doesn't flip or rotate.
  1. From the Home screen, select the
    Action Center icon
     Action Center icon located in the taskbar (lower-right).
    Utilize the touchscreen (if available) or mouse to select the on-screen options.

  2. Select
    Rotation lock
     to turn on or off.
    Screen rotation displays content on your Windows® 10 device in landscape (horizontal) or portrait (vertical) and isn't available for all apps. When on, simply turn the device to change the view.
    If necessary, select
    Expand
     to view all options.
    • On
      Rotation lock on
    • Off
      Rotation lock off
