Windows 10 - Turn Airplane Mode On / Off

To turn Verizon network services on/off or if they aren't functioning on your Windows 10 device, view this info.

When Airplane Mode is on, Verizon network voice and data services won't work, but Wi-Fi can be used.

If your device isn't running Windows® 10, refer to the Windows 8 instructions.

From the Windows desktop, select the

Action Center icon

located in the taskbar (lower-right).

Utilize the touchscreen (if available) or mouse to select the on-screen options.

Select

Airplane mode

to turn on or off.

If necessary, select

Expand

to view all options.
