Here's how to place a conference call on your Samsung Galaxy J3 V / J3 (2016).
  1. From a Home screen, tap
    Phone icon Phone icon
    .
  2. From the Dial tab or tap the
    Keypad icon Phone dialer icon
    (located at the bottom right), enter a 10-digit number then tap
    Phone Phone icon
    .
    To place a call from the Contacts list, tap the
    Contacts tab
     , then tap the appropriate number from the corresponding contact.
  3. Once the call has connected, tap
    Add call +
    .
  4. Tap the
    Keypad icon Phone dialer icon
    (located at the bottom right), enter a 10-digit number then tap
    Phone icon Phone icon
    .
  5. Once the call has connected, tap
    Merge
    (located on the right).
