View Call History

  1. From a Home screen, tap
    Phone
     Phone icon.
    If unavailable, navigate:
    Apps
    Phone Phone icon
    .
  2. From the Recent tab, view the call history.

Reset Call History

  1. From a Home screen, tap
    Phone
     Phone icon.
    If unavailable, navigate:
    Apps
    Phone Phone icon
    .
  2. Tap the
    Menu icon
     Menu icon (located in the upper right).
    For Prepaid device, tap
    More
    .
  3. Tap
    Delete
    .
  4. Tap the box next to the calls you want to delete.
    Tap the
    All checkbox
     (located in the upper-left) to select all.
    Selected when a check mark is present.
  5. Tap
    DELETE
     (located in the upper right).
  6. Tap the
    Home button
     Home key icon to return to the main screen.
