Here's how to update the work email password/server settings for your Galaxy J3 V / J3 (2016).
To configure corporate email server settings (e.g., password, Exchange server, etc.), follow these steps.
  1. From a Home screen, navigate:

    Samsung folder Samsung folder icon
    Email
    .
    These instructions apply to Standard mode only.
  2. Tap the
    Menu icon
     Menu icon (upper-left) then tap the
    Gear icon
     Gear icon.
    For Prepaid device, tap
    More
    Settings
    .
  3. From the Accounts section, select the appropriate email address.
    Multiple accounts may appear.
  4. If needed, engage your Exchange / IT admin to configure the appropriate info (e.g., password, domain\username, etc.) then tap
    DONE
