Apple iPhone - Save a Picture / Video Message

Here's how to save a picture or video on your iPhone.
If Message Filtering is enabled on your Apple® iPhone®, iMessage® notifications from unknown senders are sorted into the Unknown Senders tab in Messages and any links sent from unknown sender can't be opened until sender is added to contacts.
  1. From the message conversation, touch and hold the image.
  2. Tap
    Save
    .
    The image is saved to the Camera Roll or Videos section of Photos.
