Samsung Galaxy S7 / S7 edge - Manage Do Not Disturb Settings

Here's how to manage interruption settings on your Galaxy S7 / S7 edge.
  • The Interruptions feature allows sound/vibration (for phone calls, messages, etc.) to be turned on or off as preferred.
  • Alarms are always considered priority interruptions.
  1. From a Home screen, swipe up or down from the center of the display to access the apps screen.
    These instructions only apply to Standard mode and the default Home screen layout.
  2. Navigate:
    Settings Settings icon
    >
    Sounds and vibration
    .
  3. Tap
    Do not disturb
    .
  4. Tap the
    Turn on now switch
     to turn on Switch on or off Switch off.
  5. Tap
    Turn on as scheduled
     to turn on or off.
    • If on, perform the following:
      1. Select the preferred day(s).
      2. Tap
        Start time
         and adjust the start time then tap
        DONE
        .
      3. Tap
        End time
         and adjust the end time then tap
        DONE
        .
      4. Tap the
        left Arrow icon
         (upper-left) to return to the previous screen.
  6. Tap
    Allow exceptions
    .
  7. Select one of the following:
    • No exceptions
    • Alarms only
    • Custom
      If selected, configure remaining settings as desired.
  8. Tap the
    left Arrow icon
     (upper-left) to return to the previous screen.
  9. Tap
    Hide visual notifications
     then tap to turn on or off either of the following:
    • Show when screen is on
    • Show when screen is off
