Verizon Jetpack®4G LTE Mobile Hotspot MiFi®5510L - View Software Version

Here's how to view the software version your Verizon Jetpack - MiFi 5510L is running.
Check the Software Updates page to see if your device's most recent software version is listed.

View via the Admin Web Interface

  2. From the left side menu, click
    Jetpack Settings
    .
  3. From the Jetpack tab, click
    Software Update
    .
  4. View the info in the "Current software version" field.
    To verify the device has the latest software version, refer to Update Firmware.

View via Device

  1. From the home screen, highlight "Software Update" then press the
    checkmark button
    .
    Utilize the arrow buttons to navigate to and highlight desired menu item.
    The checkmark button is located below the screen to the right of the arrow buttons.
  2. View the info in the "SW Version" field.
    To verify the device has the latest software version, refer to Update Firmware.
