Here's how to check for and install software updates on your child's Gizmo device via the GizmoHub app.

Ensure the GizmoHub app is updated (Google Play™ Store or Apple® AppStore®).

If presented with the PIN screen, enter your PIN.

Tap

(lower-right).

Tap

Manage Devices

Tap your child's device.

Tap

Check device software update

Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the software update.
