Gmail for Android - Auto Signature

Here's how to add, edit or remove a signature for your Gmail messages on your Android smartphone / tablet.
Ensure your Google apps are up to date as the following steps apply to the most recent version of the Gmail™ app on your Android™ device.
  1. From a Home screen, navigate:
    Apps icon
    Google
    Gmail Gmail icon
    .
    If unavailable, swipe up from the center of the display then tap
    Gmail
     .
  2. Tap the
    Menu icon
     Menu icon (located in the upper-left).
  3. Tap
    Settings
    .
  4. Tap the appropriate account (below General settings).
    Multiple accounts may appear.
  5. Tap
    Signature
    .
  6. Enter or edit the signature then tap
    OK
    .
