Cancel Share Name ID - My Verizon Website

Here's how to remove Share Name ID from your account via the My Verizon website.

From a computer, sign into My Verizon.

From the My Verizon Home page, navigate:

Services & perks

If accessing from a mobile browser, select the

Menu icon

(upper-right) then navigate:

Account

Only the Account Owner or an Account Manager with full online access can perform these roles. Here's additional info on account roles.

From the 'Manage Services & Perks' section, select

See All

Scroll down to 'Share Name ID' then select

Manage

Find the desired line then select

Remove

Select an option:

Just this line

Multiple lines

Select the

Remove bubble

for the desired line(s) then scroll to the bottom of the page and select

Continue

From the 'Review' section, click the 'I accept the Terms & Conditions'

Checkbox

then select

Confirm

Select the

Terms & Conditions link

to view Terms & Conditions.
