Removing and Downloading an App - Get It Now Handsets

Here's how to remove and download an app on your Get It Now handset.

The app needs to be removed from the phone due to a problem with the current app or an app upgrade is available. After removal, the app needs to be re-downloaded.

Removing the App

From within the Get It Now app, select the desired category (e.g. Get Tunes & Tones).

Select the desired app to be removed.

Press the appropriate soft key to choose Options.

Select Erase, Remove, Cancel, Cancel Subscription, etc.

Power cycle the phone.

Downloading the Application

From within the Get It Now app, select the desired category (e.g. Get Tunes & Tones).

Select the desired option (e.g. Get New App).

Select the desired app.

Select the desired pricing option.

Pricing options vary for each app.

Select Next to confirm the download.

Once confirmed, the charge cannot be reversed.

Once the download is complete, select the desired option.

Select Yes to start using the app.

Select No to exit the app.

Power cycle the phone.
