Edit / Remove a User Account - LG G Pad 8.3 LTE

Here's how to add a user profile so multiple people can use your LG G Pad 8.3 LTE.

Edit a User Account

  1. From a Home screen, tap
    Apps
     Apps icon.
  2. From the 'Apps' tab, tap
    Settings
     Settings icon.
  3. From the 'Personal' section, tap
    Users
     users icon.
  4. Tap the
    Settings icon
     Settings icon.
  5. Tap the profile icon, edit the name as desired then tap
    OK
    .
  6. From the list of apps and content tap the
    On/Off
    switch to enable On indicator or disable Off indicator (on the right).

Remove a User Account

Only the owner profile in the user's section can delete a user account.
  1. From a Home screen, tap
    Apps
     Apps icon.
  2. From the 'Apps' tab, tap
    Settings
     Settings icon.
  3. From the 'Personal' section, tap
    Users
     users icon.
  4. Tap
    Delete
     Delete icon (right of the user).
  5. From the Delete user prompt, tap
    Delete
    .
    Tapping delete removes the user's space and data from the device. This action can't be undone.
