Here's how to power cycle your device and access the Mobile Web 2.0 browser on your device.

  • Additionally, effective 12/29/2016, My Verizon mobile, is inaccessible as a part of this change. Manage your account by visiting vzw.com/myverizon from your computer or dial the following #functions on your device: #BAL (#225) for current account balance, #PMT (#768) to make a payment.
