Verizon Cloud - Windows Desktop App - Manage Backup Folders
Here's how to use your sync folder to quickly sync content from your Windows computer.
Some devices may not sync all content Verizon Cloud offers. All remaining content is still protected in the cloud and accessible online (except for messages and call logs) through My Verizon or the Verizon Cloud desktop app. If you are having trouble syncing items from your computer, you can check the sync folders to ensure they are set to sync.
