Apple iPad - Common Camera Settings

Here's some info on camera settings (e.g., flash, timer, front / rear camera) for your iPad.
  1. From a Home screen on your Apple® iPad®, tap
    Camera
     Camera icon.
  2. If available, tap the
    Flash icon
     Flash icon in the upper-right corner of the screen then tap one of the following:
    • Auto
      : Flash automatically turned on depending upon available light sources.
    • On
      : Flash on
    • Off
      : Flash off
  3. Tap the
    Live Photos icon
     to turn on Live photo on icon or off Live photo off icon.
  4. Tap the
    Timer icon
     Camera timer icon then select an option (e.g., Off, 3s, 10s).
  5. To switch to the front-facing camera, tap the
    Front-facing Camera icon
     Front-facing camera icon.
  6. To switch to a different mode, swipe the
    Modes menu
     Capture icon under the Capture icon and choose any of the following:
    The Take Picture icon may look slightly different based on the mode chosen.
    • Time Lapse
    • Slo-Mo (slow motion)
    • Video
    • Photo
    • Portrait
    • Square (square pictures)
    • Pano (panoramic)
