Here's how to turn the voice-activated dialing setting for your iPhone on or off.

If you need to enable or disable the voice-activated dialing functionality on your iPhone, follow these step-by-step instructions.

A passcode must be enabled to access the Voice Dial switch. For assistance with passcode setup, refer to Set Up Passcode.

From a Home screen, tap

Settings

Do one of the following:

If your iPhone is Face ID capable, tap

Face ID & Passcode

If your iPhone is Touch ID capable, tap

Touch ID & Passcode

Enter your passcode.

Tap the

Voice Dial switch

to turn on Switch On

or off
