Here's how to reply to a Visual Voicemail message on your Kyocera smartphone.
- Visual Voicemail isn't available for Prepaid service.
- Only Verizon wireless customers can receive Visual Voicemail messages via text or email.
Text Message
- From a Home screen, tapVoicemail

If necessary, tapVerizonthen tapVoicemail. - From the Visual Voicemail Inbox, select and hold a message.
- TapReply.
- TapRecordvoicemail to begin recording.
- When appropriate, tapStopto discontinue recording.
- To review the message, tapPlay.To re-record the message before sending, tapRerecord.
- TapText message.
- From the Verizon numbers only field, enter the 10-digit mobile number.As the number is entered, a matching contact may appear and can be tapped at any time.Repeat this step as necessary to add additional recipients.
- In the Message field, type a message if desired.
- TapSend.
Email
- From a Home screen, tapVoicemailIf necessary, tapVerizonthen tapVoicemail.
- From the Visual Voicemail Inbox, select and hold a message.
- TapReply.
