Forward a Premium Visual Voicemail Message - Kyocera

Here's how to forward a Premium Visual Voicemail Message on your Kyocera phone.
Visual Voicemail isn't available for Prepaid service.

Text Message

  1. From a Home screen, tap
    Voicemail
     .
    If necessary, tap
    Verizon
     then tap
    Voicemail
    .
  2. From the Visual Voicemail inbox, select and hold a message.
  3. Tap
    Forward
    .
  4. Tap
    Record
     voice mail to begin recording.
  5. When appropriate, tap
    Stop
     to discontinue recording.
  6. To review the message, tap
    Play
    .
    To re-record the message before sending, tap
    Rerecord
     then repeat step 5.
  7. Tap
    Text message
    .
  8. From the Verizon numbers only field, enter the 10-digit mobile number.
    As the number is entered, a matching contact may appear and can be tapped at any time.
    Repeat this step as necessary to add additional recipients.
  9. In the Message field, type a message if desired.
  10. Tap
    Send
    .

Email

  1. From a Home screen, tap
    Voicemail
     .
    If necessary, tap
    Verizon
     then tap
    Voicemail
