Visual Voicemail isn't available for Prepaid service.
  1. From a Home screen, tap
    Voicemail
     Visual Voicemail app.
    If unavailable, from the apps list tap
    Verizon
     then tap
    Voicemail
    .
  2. From the Visual Voicemail inbox, touch and hold a message.
  3. Tap
    Save a copy
    .
  4. Tap
    SAVE
