Here's how to place a Visual Voicemail callback on your Motorola phone.
Visual Voicemail isn't available for Prepaid service.
  1. From a Home screen, tap
    Voicemail
     Visual Voicemail app.
    If unavailable, from the apps list tap
    Verizon
     then tap
    Voicemail
    .
  2. From the Visual Voicemail inbox, tap the preferred message.
  3. Tap the
    Phone icon
     Callback Phone icon (at the bottom).
