Add a Contact via Basic Visual Voicemail - Motorola

Here's how to add a contact to your Motorola.

New Contact

  1. From a Home screen, swipe up to access all apps then tap
    Voicemail
     Visual Voice Mail icon.
  2. From the Visual Voicemail inbox, touch and hold a message.
  3. Tap
    Add to contacts
    .
  4. If presented, tap the applicable account where the contact is stored then tap
    OK
    .
  5. Enter any of following info then tap
    Save
     (upper-right).
    Depending upon the account type, the options presented may vary.
    • Name
    • Phone
    • Email
    • Address
    • Events
    • Add another field
      • Phonetic name
      • IM
      • Notes
      • Nickname
      • Website
      • Internet call
      • Relationship

Update Contact

  1. From a Home screen, swipe up to access all apps then tap
    Voicemail
     Visual Voice Mail icon .
  2. From the Visual Voicemail inbox, touch and hold a message.
  3. Tap
    Add to contacts
    .
  4. Tap
    Update contact
    .
  5. Tap a contact.
  6. Tap
    Save
     (upper-right).
