Save a Visual Voicemail Message - Samsung

Here's how to save a Visual Voicemail message on your Samsung phone.
Visual Voicemail isn't available for Prepaid service.
  1. From a Home screen, swipe up to access all apps then tap
    Voicemail
     Voicemail icon.
    If unavailable, swipe up from the center of a Home screen then navigate:
    Verizon Folder
    Voicemail
    .
  2. From the Visual Voicemail inbox, tap a message to select it
  3. Tap the
    Info icon
     Info icon.
  4. Tap the
    Menu icon
     Menu icon (upper-right)
  5. Tap
    Archive
    .
  6. Tap
    Archive
     to confirm.
    Archived voicemails are saved to the device's internal storage.
    To access saved messages:
    1. Swipe up from a Home screen to display all apps.
    2. Tap
      My Files
      .
      If necessary, tap the
      Samsung Folder
      .
    3. Tap
      Internal storage
    4. Tap
      VisualVoiceMail
    5. Tap the applicable file for playback.
      To rename a file, tap and hold the message until selected (checked), tap
      More
       (bottom right), then tap
      Rename
      .
