Here's how to reply to a Visual Voicemail message on your Samsung device.
- Visual Voicemail isn't available for Prepaid service.
- Only Verizon Wireless customers can receive Visual voicemail messages.
Reply with a Text Message
- From a Home screen, swipe up to access all apps then tapVoicemail
.
If unavailable, swipe up from the center of a Home screen then navigate: . - From the Visual voicemail inbox, select a message.
- Tap theMessage icon.
- From the message field, enter a message if preferred.
- Tap theSend icon
(to the right of message box).
Reply with an Email
- From a Home screen, swipe up to access all apps then tapVoicemailIf unavailable, swipe up from the center of a Home screen then navigate: .
- From the Visual voicemail inbox, select a message
- Tap theShare icon

- If prompted, select an email type to use.
- From the 'To' field, enter the email address.As the email address is entered, a matching contact may appear and can be selected at any time.Repeat this step as necessary to add additional recipients.
- From the 'message' field, enter a message.
- TapSend(upper-right).
