Here's how to place a Visual Voicemail callback on your Samsung phone.
Visual Voicemail isn't available for Prepaid service.
  1. From a Home screen, swipe up to access all apps then tap
    Voicemail
     .
    If unavailable, swipe up from the center of a Home screen then navigate:
    Verizon Folder
    Voicemail
    .
  2. From the Visual Voicemail inbox, tap a message.
  3. Tap the
    Call icon
     Call icon (upper-right)
