Forward a Premium Visual Voicemail Message - Samsung

Here's how to forward a Visual Voicemail message from your Samsung device.
Visual Voicemail isn't available for Prepaid service.

Message

Only Verizon Wireless customers can receive messages sent with Visual Voicemail.
  1. From a Home screen, swipe up to access all apps then tap
    Voicemail
     .
    If unavailable, swipe up from the center of a Home screen then navigate:
    Verizon Folder
    Voicemail
    .
  2. From the visual voicemail inbox, touch and hold a message.
    For some Samsung devices, tap the message then tap
    Menu
     (on the left below the display).
  3. Tap
    Forward
    .
    If your device doesn't have a Forward option, tap
    Share via
     then select the sending method.
  4. To add an introduction message, tap
    Record
     (at the bottom) to begin recording the voicemail message.
  5. When appropriate, tap
    Stop
     to discontinue recording.
  6. To review the message, tap the
    Play button
     (lower-right).
    To re-record the message before sending, tap
    Record
     and tap
    OK
     to confirm then repeat step 4.
  7. From the Forward prompt, tap
    Message
    .
  8. From the To field, enter the 10-digit mobile number.
    As the number is entered, a matching contact may appear and can be tapped at any time.
    Repeat this step as necessary to add additional recipients.
  9. Tap
    Send
    .

Email

The message is forwarded as a .amr file.
  1. From a Home screen, swipe up to access all apps then tap
    Voicemail
     .
    If unavailable, swipe up from the center of a Home screen then navigate:
    Verizon Folder
    Voicemail
    .
  2. From the Visual Voicemail inbox, touch and hold a message.
    For some Samsung devices, tap the message then tap
    Menu
     (on the left below the display).
  3. Tap
    Forward
    .
    If your device doesn't have a Forward option, tap
    Share via
     then select the sending method.
  4. To add an introduction message, tap
    Record
     (at the bottom) to begin recording the voicemail message.
  5. When appropriate, tap
    Stop
     to discontinue recording.
  6. To review the message, tap the
    Play button
     (lower-right).
    To re-record the message before sending, tap

     and tap
    OK
     to confirm then repeat step 4.
  7. From the Forward prompt, tap
    Email
    .
  8. From the To field, enter the email address.
    Repeat this step as necessary to add additional recipients.
  9. From the Subject field, edit the subject (if desired).
  10. Tap
    Send
     (located in the upper-right).
